pGreen_dualluc_3'UTR_sensor is based on pGreen vector backbone, containing Firefly Luciferase (Firefly Luc) and Renilla Luciferase (Renilla Luc) dual-reporter system. The 3'UTR sequence of target gene is cloned downstream of firefly luciferase gene as a sensor, and Renilla luciferase serves as internal reference. The regulatory effect of 3'UTR on mRNA stability and translation efficiency is reflected by the change of dual-fluorescence ratio, suitable for miRNA targeting regulation, RNA-binding protein action and non-coding RNA function research.
