L4440 Vector

L4440 is a commonly used vector for C. elegans RNAi experiments, containing two inverted tandem T7 promoters with a multiple cloning site in between. It can insert target gene fragments, express double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) under IPTG induction, and achieve gene silencing in C. elegans by feeding E. coli expressing dsRNA, suitable for large-scale gene function screening and gene function verification.
