pET28a-mCherry Vector

pET28a-mCherry is based on pET28a backbone, carrying the mCherry gene fused with the 6×His tag of the vector, and driven by the T7 promoter. Expression can be induced by IPTG, facilitating the observation of target protein localization through fluorescence, while the 6×His tag is beneficial for protein purification. It is suitable for protein expression analysis, intracellular localization and interaction research.
