pCAMBIA1300-35S-EGFP Vector
This vector is based on pCAMBIA1300 backbone, containing CaMV 35S constitutive promoter to drive EGFP expression. It can be fused with target genes to observe protein localization through fluorescence. It contains multiple cloning sites for convenient cloning, suitable for plant transgenesis, protein subcellular localization analysis and gene expression regulation research.
