pGreenII 0800-miRNA-positive Target Vector

This vector is based on pGreenII 0800 backbone, containing firefly and Renilla luciferase dual-reporter system. The target gene 3'UTR (with miRNA binding site) is inserted downstream of firefly luciferase. miRNA binding can inhibit its expression, and the interaction between miRNA and target gene is verified by dual-fluorescence ratio change, suitable for research on plant miRNA function and targeting regulation mechanism.
