This vector is based on pGreenII 62-SK backbone, carrying pre-miRNA sequence driven by 35S promoter. It can efficiently produce mature miRNAs in plant cells, and verify the regulatory effect of miRNAs on target genes when used in conjunction with reporter vectors, suitable for plant miRNA function verification and regulatory network research.
