This vector carries the fusion gene of dCas9 (inactive Cas9) and DNA methyltransferase Dnmt3a, driven by CMV promoter. Guided by sgRNA to target specific gene loci, it mediates DNA methylation modification, realizing epigenetic regulation of gene expression, suitable for gene silencing and epigenetic mechanism research.
