pBABE-Puro-SV40 LT Vector

This vector is based on the pBABE retroviral backbone, carrying the SV40 large T antigen (SV40 LT) gene, which can be integrated into the host genome through reverse transcription. SV40 LT can inhibit the function of tumor suppressor proteins such as p53 and Rb, induce cell immortalization, suitable for primary cell immortalization, tumorigenesis mechanism and viral carcinogenesis research.
