pGR107-EGFP Vector

This vector is based on the PVX viral vector pGR107, and the EGFP gene is inserted into the multiclone site of viral genome. EGFP protein can be efficiently transiently expressed in plants such as tobacco through Agrobacterium-mediated transient transformation (such as infiltration method), is suitable for rapid analysis of gene function (such as disease-related response, preliminary verification of protein interaction) and plant virus-mediated transient expression research.
