pKSE401 Vector 

This vector is based on pGreenII backbone, carrying Cas9 nuclease gene (driven by 35S promoter) and sgRNA expression cassette (regulated by U6 promoter). It can transform plants through Agrobacterium-mediated method to achieve precise editing of specific loci in the genome, suitable for plant gene function research, trait improvement and gene knockout/knockin experiments.
