pLEX_305-N-dTAG Vector 

This vector is based on the lentiviral vector pLEX_305 backbone, carrying an N-terminally fused dTAG (degron tag) sequence, and the EF1α promoter drives the fusion expression of the target gene and the dTAG tag. After adding an inducer (such as podophyllotoxin derivative), dTAG can recruit E3 ubiquitin ligase, mediate ubiquitination of the target protein and degrade it through the proteasome, which is suitable for temporal degradation of target proteins and dynamic functional research in mammalian cells.
