pCMV-SPORT6.ccdb-Pdk2-r Vector 

The vector is based on pCMV-SPORT6, carrying the ccdb gene (for positive cloning screening) and the reverse sequence of thedk2 gene, regulated by the CMV promoter. The ccdb gene can inhibit the growth of the host without recombinant plasmid, which is convenient for screening. It express the reverse RNA of Pdk2, which may be used to study the reverse regulation or interference effect of the Pdk2 gene, and is suitable for the functional study of related to sugar metabolism.
