pVLT33 vector

pVLT33 is a vector that can stably exist and replicate in a variety of bacterial hosts, which provides convenience for protein expression in different strains. Researchers can insert the target gene into the multicloning site of pVLT33 and then transform it into a variety of bacteria such as E. coli, the tac promoter starts the expression. (The tac promoter is a hybrid promoter composed of a strong promoter of the trp (tryptophan) operon and an operator sequence the lac (lactose) operon. It can usually be induced by IPTG, thus controlling the time of expression of the target protein.)
