pSuper1300-CfEC12 Vector

This vector is based on the Potato Virus X (PVX) vector pSuper1300, with the CfEC12 gene inserted into the multiple cloning site of the viral genome. Through Agrobacterium-mediated transient transformation (e.g., infiltration method), it can efficiently transiently express the CfEC12 protein in plants such as tobacco, suitable for rapid analysis of the function of the CfEC12 gene (e.g., disease resistance-related responses, preliminary verification of protein interactions) and research on plant virus-mediated transient expression.
