pSuper1300-BAX Vector

This vector is based on the Potato Virus X (PVX) vector pSuper1300, with the BAX gene inserted into the multiple cloning site of the viral genome. Through Agrobacterium-mediated transient transformation (e.g., infiltration method), it can efficiently transiently express the BAX protein in plants such as tobacco, suitable for rapid analysis of the function of the BAX gene (e.g., apoptosis-related responses, research on disease resistance mechanism association) and application of plant virus-mediated transient expression systems.
