pSuper1300-INF1 Vector

This vector is based on the Potato Virus X (PVX) vector pSuper1300, with the INF1 gene inserted into the multiple cloning site of the viral genome. Through Agrobacterium-mediated transient transformation (e.g., infiltration method), it can efficiently transiently express the INF1 protein in plants such as tobacco, suitable for rapid analysis of the function of the INF1 gene (e.g., immune response activation, research on disease resistance signaling pathways) and application of plant virus-mediated transient expression systems.
