pYES2-NTC Vector

pYES2-NTC Based on pYES2 and driven by the GAL1 promoter (inducible by galactose and repressed by). Contains a multicloning site and the 2μm replication origin, which is able to utilize the URA3 gene to screen yeast host strains with ura3 genotype. The vector itself carries an N-terminal His and Xpress tag, and a V5 antigen epitope and a His purification tag at the C terminus of vector.
