pTrcHisA is a member of the prokaryotic protein expression vector series developed by Invitrogen (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) including pTrcHis A, B, C, etc., which is widely used for high-level expression of recombinant proteins with purification and detection tags in E.i. Core advantages: The trc promoter is used, which is a hybrid of the trp and lac UV5 promoters, with high strength and can drive high-level; the promoter is regulated by the lacO (lactose operon) and inhibited by the product of the lacIq gene (lac repressor protein) and the basal expression is extremely low when not induced..
