pGro7vector
pGro7 vector is a classic molecular chaperone-assisted expression plasmid in molecular biology, carrying two kinds of E. coli-derivedaperone protein genes, GroEL and GroES. These two proteins can form a "cage-like" structure, providing a protective environment for the correct folding of nascentide chains, thereby reducing the formation of inclusion bodies, and are mainly used to improve the solubility of proteins that are difficult to express in prokaryotic systems.
