NMY51

NMY51 is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain mainly used in DUALmembrane yeast two-hybrid system. The strain can specifically detect the interaction between membrane proteins by separating ubiquitin technology. Its genotype includes trp1, leu2-3 and other auxotrophic markers, and integrates three independent reporter genes, namely HIS3, ADE2 and lacZ, which can be used for multiple screening interactions and effectively reduce false positives. The transformation efficiency of NMY51 competent cells is high, and it is suitable for direct transformation plasmid for interaction verification or library screening.
