NMY52 is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain used in DUALmembrane yeast two-hybrid system. The strain can specifically detect the interaction between membrane proteins by separating ubiquitin technology. Its genotype is MATa, and it carries auxotrophic markers such as trp1 and leu2-3. At the same time, it integrates the dual reporter genes of HIS3 and ADE2, which can be used for strict double screening and effectively reduce false positives. It is suitable for membrane protein interaction research and library screening.
