It is derived from BL21(DE3), carries pRARE2 plasmid with chloramphenicol resistance, and supplements tRNA corresponding to rare codons of human origin (such as AGG/AGA, etc.); At the same time, it has trxB and gor gene mutations, which enhances the efficiency of disulfide bond formation in cytoplasm, and is suitable for expressing complex proteins containing disulfide bonds or rare codons, and improves the soluble expression level.
