62-SK-5xUAS-Ruby Vector

The 62-SK-5xUAS-Ruby vector is constructed using the pGreenII 0800-LUC backbone and carries the uvGFP coding sequence activated by the MAS promoter, along with a UAS-specific DNA-binding site and the downstream Ruby gene. In the Ruby visualized protein interaction detection system, it is used in conjunction with the pGreenII 62-SK-GAL4 and pGreenII 62-SK-VP16 vectors as a reporter vector to detect protein interactions via the Ruby reporter gene or fluorescence signal. This system is suitable for analyzing transcriptional regulatory complexes in plants and investigating gene expression regulation mechanisms.
