Tobacco Leaf Protoplast Preparation and Transformation Kit Plus
Tobacco Leaf Protoplast Preparation and Transformation Kit Plus
Tobacco leaf protoplast preparation and transformation kit is an integrated tool for studying tobacco mesophyll cell protoplasts, covering the entire process from cell wall digestion and protoplast purification to foreign gene transformation. It centers on enzymatic digestion, using cellulase and pectinase to degrade the cell wall and release highly active protoplasts, while solutions such as W5 and MMG ensure protoplast integrity. The kit contains a full set of components, including enzyme digestion solution, washing solution, and PEG transformation reagent, eliminating the need to prepare key reagents separately. With 10 ml of enzyme solution, 20 standard experiments can be performed. Using the optimized PEG-mediated transfection method, after incubating at 20-25°C for 2-16 hours, downstream experiments such as RNA analysis and protein labeling can be conducted, improving experimental reproducibility and success rates. It is suitable for scenarios such as tobacco gene function research.
