pEAQ-HT Vector

pEAQ-HT is a compact binary vector specifically designed for transient expression (referred to as the pEAQ vector). This vector eliminates over 7 kb of non-essential sequences from the pBINPLUS backbone and T-DNA regions, while introducing specific restriction enzyme cleavage sites to accommodate multiple expression boxes (including those for silent inhibitors) on a single plasmid. Using these vectors, high-level synchronous expression of multiple peptides can be achieved from a single plasmid within days.
