M15(pREP4)

M15(pREP4) protein expression strain contains pREP4 plasmid, which is initiated by p15A replicon and can coexist with many prokaryotic expression plasmids in the same E.coli cell. At the same time, the plasmid carries lacl gene, which can efficiently express lac inhibitory protein and inhibit the background expression of target protein before IPTG induction, especially suitable for the table of toxic genes. M15(pREP4) strain is a matching strain of PQE series plasmids, especially suitable for protein expression of PQE series plasmids or plasmids induced by E.coli T5 promoter. Prep4 plasmid endows this strain with kanamycin resistance.
