The Yersinia lipolytica Cas9 gene editing kit is based on CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology, enabling efficient gene editing methods such as gene knockout, gene insertion, mutation induction, and construction of various mutants in Yersinia lipolytica. Post-editing, no traces or resistance genes are left, allowing the strain to be readily subjected to subsequent gene editing cycles. The kit contains all essential enzymes and reagents required for the experiment. Users only need to synthesize a single sgRNA-target primer to complete the gene editing process, ensuring high convenience. The entire experimental cycle takes approximately two weeks. Furthermore, after the original sgRNA-target plasmid is cleared, a new round of gene editing can be promptly initiated.
