pLCNICK Vector

pLCNICK is a CRISPR-Cas9D10A cleavage enzyme plasmid specifically designed for genome editing of Lactobacillus casei. Cas9D10A is a mutant of the Cas9 protein that induces single-stranded cleavage in the genome, exhibiting lower nonspecific off-target effects and higher editing precision compared to the double-stranded breaks produced by conventional CRISPR-Cas9.
