TOP10F`

TOP10F' comes from top 10 strain. The f ` {laciq tn10 (tetra)} factor is transformed into the TOP10 strain, which is the top 10f`. The F ′ factor carries a lacIq inhibitor, which can inhibit the expression of genes downstream of promoters such as trc, tac and lac, so it can be used for the propagation of some protein granules expressing toxicity. The mutation of recA1 and endA1 is beneficial to the stability of inserted DNA and the extraction of high purity plasmid DNA. It can be used to construct clones and blue-white spot screening experiments (for example, IPTG should be added to the culture medium to induce the expression of β -galactosidase gene), and it has tetracycline resistance.
