Calcium phosphate solid medium is a special solid medium for screening phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms. The culture medium can screen microorganisms that can secrete organic acids through insoluble phosphorus sources, and transparent hydrolysis circles are formed around positive colonies, which turn yellow with the decrease of pH.
