Clostridium acidophilum culture medium

Acidic Clostridium medium is a liquid medium for selective culture of Clostridium acidophilus. The basic components are peptone and glucose, and the key additives are ferrous sulfate and cystine, and the pH is adjusted to 4.5-5.0. The culture medium supports the growth and metabolic activities of Clostridium acidophilus through the combination of acidic environment and reducing agent, and is a special tool for the development of Clostridium resources in acidic environment (such as mine drainage)
