Pseudomonas culture medium

Pseudomonas culture medium is a solid culture medium for selective separation of Pseudomonas. Its basic components are gelatin peptone and glycerol, and its key additives are cetyltrimethylamine bromide and cephalosporin. This culture medium can effectively inhibit Gram-positive bacteria and most non-target Gram-negative bacteria by selective inhibitors, and support Pseudomonas to produce fluorescein and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It is a standard tool for identifying Pseudomonas in environmental and clinical samples.
