Leptotrix 2X PYG medium is a liquid medium for enrichment culture of Trichosporon. Its basic components are peptone with double concentration, yeast extract and glucose, and its key additives are ferrous sulfate and manganese sulfate. The culture medium can promote the formation of sheath membrane and manganese oxidation ability of Trichosporon through high nutrient concentration and iron and manganese ions, and is a special tool for the study of microbial mineralization in aquatic environment.
