Medium 10(USP) is a universal liquid medium which conforms to the standards of the United States Pharmacopoeia, and is suitable for microbial limit inspection of non-sterile drugs. Its basic components are casein trypsin digest and soybean lecithin, which provide balanced nutrition and neutralize the antibacterial components that may be contained in the sample. The culture medium can support the recovery and growth of bacteria, yeast and mold, and ensure the accuracy of the test results through neutralization. It is the standard pre-enrichment solution for microbial inspection of drugs.
