Marine thermophilic cocci culture medium is a special culture medium for selective culture of marine hyperthermophilic archaea. The culture medium supports the growth and sulfur metabolism of marine thermophilic cocci under high temperature (80-100℃) and strict anaerobic conditions, and is a special tool for microbial research in deep-sea hydrothermal vents.
