BG11-PGY medium

BG11-PGY medium is a liquid medium for co-culture of cyanobacteria and microalgae. Its basic components are inorganic salts and sodium nitrate in BG11 culture medium, and the key additives are peptone, glucose and yeast extract (PGY) to provide organic nutrition.
