Dictyoglomus medium

Dictyoglomus culture medium is a special culture medium for selective culture of thermophilic anaerobic bacteria. Its basic components are sulfides and minerals, and its key additives are yeast extract and cellulose substrate. The culture medium supports thermophilic bacteria to degrade cellulose and produce thermostable enzymes under high temperature (70-80℃) and strict anaerobic conditions, and is a special tool for the development of thermophilic microbial resources.
