Halophilic cyanobacteria culture medium is a liquid culture medium for the separation and culture of extremely halophilic cyanobacteria. Its basic component is artificial salt lake water, the key additives are sodium nitrate and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, and specific trace element solutions are supplemented. The culture medium supports the photosynthetic growth and phycobiliprotein synthesis of halophilic cyanobacteria through high salt concentration (15-20% total salinity) and strong light conditions, and is an important tool for the study of Yantian ecosystem and extreme microbial resources.
