The vector 62SK-no-pro-uvGFP-Ruby is constructed on the pGreenII 0800-LUC backbone and carries a Ruby encoding sequence driven by a 35S promoter, along with an upstream uvGFP gene devoid of a promoter. In the uvGFP-based visualization system for detecting protein-DNA interactions, it is used as a reporter vector in combination with the pGreenII 62-SK vector, enabling detection of protein-DNA interactions via uvGFP fluorescence signals. This vector is particularly suitable for analyzing transcriptional regulation complexes in plants and investigating mechanisms of gene expression control.
