The pCAMBIA2300-35S-MCS-TurboID-3×FLAG-Neo is a binary expression vector specifically designed for proximity labeling of proteins in plants. This vector utilizes a 35S strong promoter to drive the efficient expression of the "bait protein–TurboID–3×FLAG" fusion protein within plant cells. Upon addition of biotin, TurboID biotinylates the target protein, enabling enrichment with streptavidin and identification via mass spectrometry, thereby mapping the dynamic interaction network of the target protein.
