pDBlox Vector 

pDBlox is a vector utilized in yeast two-hybrid (CrY2H-seq) molecular biology studies, serving as a "bait" expression vector in CrY2H research. It fuses the GAL4 binding domain (BD) to the N-terminus of the target protein via Gateway recombination and employs the Cre/lox system for identifying protein-protein interactions.
