pADlox Vector 

pADlox is a vector employed in yeast two-hybrid (CrY2H-seq) molecular biology studies, serving as the "prey" expression vector in CrY2H assays. It fuses the GAL4 activation domain (AD) to the N-terminus of the target protein via Gateway recombination and utilizes the Cre/lox system for identifying protein-protein interactions.
