pHISi-1 Vector

pHISi-1 is a reporter gene vector designed for the Yeast One-Hybrid system, primarily used to study protein–DNA interactions. As this vector is an integrated construct, it must be linearized (e.g., by digestion at XhoI or AflII sites) before transformation into yeast hosts in order to integrate into the yeast host genome and achieve stable expression.
