The pSuper1300-EGFP-NOS is an enhanced plant dual-expression vector derived from the pCAMBIA1300 vector; its core function is to enable the fusion and expression of a target gene with EGFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, utilizing a super promoter (MAS promoter) to drive high-efficiency transcription, thereby achieving high-abundance expression of the target protein within plants and enabling fluorescent visualization tracking.
