The pSuper1300-MCS-NOS is an enhanced dual-expression vector for plants derived from the pCAMBIA1300 vector; its core function lies in utilizing a super promoter (MAS promoter) to drive high-efficiency transcription, thereby enabling the high-abundance expression of target proteins within plants. The vector carries a hygromycin resistance gene; during the screening process for transgenic plants, transformed plant materials are grown on culture media containing hygromycin—only plant cells that have successfully integrated the vector can survive and grow, thus allowing for the isolation of transgenic plants. Additionally, when constructing and amplifying the vector in Escherichia coli, selection is performed using LB medium supplemented with 50 μg/mL kanamycin.
