pRTVn-mCherry Vector

pRTVn-mCherry is a transient overexpression vector designed for gene functional analysis in monocotyledonous plants; it carries the maize ubiquitin-1 (Ubi) promoter (including the intron) and an N-terminal mCherry tag. Due to its compact size, this vector is used for the transient expression of target proteins in monocotyledonous plant protoplasts to study the subcellular localization or co-localization of these proteins.
