Ubi-COX4-mCherry Vector

The Ubi-COX4-mCherry vector is a plant mitochondrial protein fluorescence labeling system that carries a fusion sequence comprising the COX4 peptide and the mCherry red fluorescent protein gene, driven by the Ubi promoter. The COX4 peptide contains a mitochondrial targeting signal, enabling the fusion protein to be specifically localized to mitochondria. The fluorescent signal allows for clear visualization of mitochondrial morphology and distribution, making this vector suitable for functional characterization and subcellular localization analysis of mitochondrial proteins in monocotyledonous plants.
