Ubi-Man1-mCherry Vector

The Ubi-Man1-mCherry vector represents a plant-based Golgi apparatus protein fluorescence labeling system that carries a fusion sequence comprising the Man1 peptide and the mCherry red fluorescent protein gene, driven by the Ubi promoter. The Man1 peptide contains a Golgi apparatus targeting signal, which directs the fusion protein to be specifically localized to the Golgi apparatus. The fluorescence signal enables clear visualization of the morphology and distribution of the Golgi apparatus, making this system suitable for functional characterization and subcellular localization analysis of Golgi apparatus proteins in monocotyledonous plants.
