Ubi-mCherry-AtCBL2 Vector

The Ubi-mCherry-AtCBL2 vector represents a plant vacuolar membrane protein fluorescence labeling system, carrying a fusion sequence comprising the AtCBL2 gene and the mCherry red fluorescent protein gene, driven by the Ubi promoter. The AtCBL2 protein contains a vacuolar membrane targeting signal that directs the fusion protein to be specifically localized to the vacuolar membrane. The fluorescence signal enables clear visualization of the morphology and distribution of the vacuolar membrane, making this system suitable for functional characterization and subcellular localization analysis of vacuolar membrane proteins in monocotyledonous plants.
