Ubi-mCherry-AtHSBP Vector

The Ubi-mCherry-AtHSBP vector is a plant cytoplasmic protein fluorescence labeling system that carries a fusion sequence comprising the AtHSBP gene and the mCherry red fluorescent protein gene, driven by the Ubi promoter. The AtHSBP protein contains a cytoplasmic targeting signal that directs the fusion protein to be specifically localized within the cytoplasm. The fluorescence signal enables clear visualization of cytoplasmic morphology and distribution, making this vector suitable for functional characterization and subcellular localization analysis of cytoplasmic proteins in monocotyledonous plants.
